Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Ex twice unified title holder Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the novice remains one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As both boxers participated in the usual confrontation, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is really going ahead.
